Before founding Danko Builders, Daniel spent over two years managing residential renovations for Opendoor in Southern California. That is 125 projects, from start to finish. He'd walk each home the day escrow closed, scope every repair from roofing to foundation, and coordinate sub-contractors to deliver quality work on tight timelines, moving fast when possible and taking the extra time when the work demanded it.
