Before founding Danko Builders, Daniel, the owner, spent over 2 years managing residential renovations for Opendoor. From walking each home the day escrow closed, scoping every repair from roofing and plumbing to flooring and termite work, and coordinating vendors and subs to get it done fast without cutting corners. He managed 125 flips start to finish: setting budgets, sourcing bids, handling permits and inspections, and delivering quality-controlled homes ready for end user.
